Speech Pathologists – Grad to Lead | NDIS | Hybrid | WA Perth (NOR & SOR) + Regional WA | Multiple roles available

We’re recruiting Speech Pathologists at all levels to join supportive, clinician-led teams delivering high-quality NDIS services across WA. Opportunities available for graduates, experienced, senior and lead clinicians.

Roles Include:

• Graduate Speech Pathologists – structured 12-month programs, paediatric caseloads, strong supervision
• Community Speech Pathologists – paediatric & mixed caseloads across community, schools and clinic ($78.5k–$110k+ super)
• Senior Speech Pathologists – NDIS caseloads across the lifespan with AAC exposure
• Lead Speech Pathologists – hybrid roles, leadership focus ($115k–$130k+ super + bonuses)

Requirements

• Speech Pathology degree
• SPA registration (or eligibility)
• Driver’s licence & car
• NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & WWCC
• Full Australian working rights
  (Visa sponsorship considered for experienced clinicians)
