We are currently seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join our allied health partners across Australia from metro to regional areas.

The Role:

We have multiple Speech Pathology roles available across Perth including fully mobile positions visiting clients in their homes, as well as community settings and facility-based positions. You’ll work with NDIS participants, aged care clients, and the broader community to provide high-quality assessment, therapy, and intervention.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates — our clients offer structured graduate programs and mentoring to help you grow your career from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver personalised therapy programs.
• Support communication, swallowing, and social participation goals.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with NDIS practice standards.
• Travel as required for fully mobile roles (driver’s licence essential).

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
• Eligible for full membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Valid driver’s licence for mobile roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping clients achieve their goals and a warm, collaborative approach.
