About the Role

We have multiple Speech Pathology positions available across Australia, including:

• Community-based roles visiting clients in their homes
• Clinic and facility-based roles
• Hybrid positions combining community and clinic work

You will work with NDIS participants, aged care clients, and community patients, delivering evidence-based assessments and therapy that supports communication, swallowing, and social participation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and swallowing assessments
• Develop and implement personalised therapy plans
• Support clients to achieve communication and functional goals
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet NDIS practice standards

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
• Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting clients to achieve meaningful outcomes
• Driver’s licence required for mobile roles
