Speech Pathologist

A growing values-driven Allied Health organisation is seeking a Speech Pathologists to join a supportive, multidisciplinary team in Woodford, QLD.

About the Role

You’ll manage a mixed caseload across paediatrics, adults, and aged care, delivering services in community, home visits, telehealth, and occasional clinic settings.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Client assessments, therapy planning, and evidence-based intervention (50%)
• Reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication (20%)
• Collaboration with OTs, EPs, AHAs, and broader care teams (15%)
• Professional development, supervision, and team engagement (10%)
• Admin, NDIS compliance, and case notes (5%)

Clinical focus areas include:
Autism, early intervention, AAC, developmental delays, communication & swallowing disorders, and NDIS-funded disability supports.

What We’re Looking For

Essential qualifications & experience:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
• Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
• Experience with paediatric clients
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Understanding of NDIS and community-based therapy
• Valid driver’s licence, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR
