Essential Skills and Experience

• Be currently residing in Western Australia
• 2–3 years’ experience in metal fabrication or welding
• Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficient in MIG and MMA welding processes
• Skilled in using metalwork machinery such as rollers, flame cutters, and calipers
• Experience working with mild steel in thicknesses from 3mm to 10mm
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain high-quality workmanship under time constraints

Desirable Extras

• Forklift ticket
• Overhead crane ticket
• Physically fit with a strong eye for detail

Your Role

• Fabricate and weld structural steel frames and components to exact specifications
• Follow drawings and job sheets to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Work as part of a tight-knit team in a high-output fabrication environment
• Perform structural welds after fabrication/tack welding is complete
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient workshop
