Working Hours

• Weekdays: Dinner service only
• Weekends: Full-day shifts

Pay Rate

• $25 – $35 per hour (depending on experience and skills)

About the Role

• No experience required (training provided)
• Preparing sushi rolls and assisting with kitchen duties
• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
• We are especially looking for someone reliable and able to work long-term

Preferred (not essential)

• Experience in sushi making
• Ability to break down whole fish and prepare sushi toppings (neta)
• Strong knife skills
