Hi there,

We’re looking for an experienced roll maker to join our Japanese restaurant located in Menai, about 20–25 minutes’ drive from Lidcombe.

We can travel together by car from near Lidcombe Station.

Work days: 4–5 days per week (including weekends) Hours: 10:30am – 9:30pm (1-hour break in between)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sushi roll experience preferred (less is okay if you’re fast and confident)

Must be able to make sushi and sashimi Sashimi is mainly salmon flat cuts, so nothing too complicated

*Beginners who are hardworking and willing to learn are also welcome (Starting from $25/hr, quick pay rise if you perform well)

We are very busy on weekends. Orders are made fresh as they come in, so we need someone who is fast with their hands and has good stamina.

Pay starts from $27/hr cash. Higher pay available depending on skills.
