About the Role

This not-for-profit organisation is seeking a senior Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to step into a Team Leader position based in Campbelltown, Sydney. This role is permanent or 6-month contract whatever your preference is.

This role blends clinical work with leadership responsibilities. You will manage a predominantly paediatric caseload while supporting, mentoring and guiding clinicians within a growing Allied Health team.

Services are delivered across clinic, community and school settings, with some telehealth available. KPI expectations sit between 60-80% billable time, balanced appropriately with leadership and administrative duties.

• Provide paediatric assessment and therapy
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary Allied Health team
• Deliver services across clinic, school and community settings
• Contribute to service development and team growth

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
• AHPRA (OT) or SPA (Speech) registration
• Senior clinical experience with leadership capability
• Paediatric experience highly regarded
• Community-based experience preferred
• Passion for mentoring and team development
