We are seeking passionate and driven Health Consultants to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will engage with patients through consultations, assess their needs, and recommend treatment plans that align with our evidence-based health solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Phone conslutations with prospective patients.
• Educate patients on Menova’s health solutions for weight loss, hormone restoration, mental well-being, and sexual health.
• Develop trust and build strong relationships through personalised consultations.
• Guide patients through the enrolment process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
• Collaborate with our case management and medical teams to deliver holistic support for patients on their health journey.

About You:

We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

• Sales experience with a consultative, customer-first approach (experience in healthcare, wellness, or telehealth is highly desirable).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for helping people improve their lives and well-being.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets and goals.
• Ability to learn quickly and work within a fast-paced, supportive team environment.
