Your Role
As a Territory Sales Manager in the CNC Division, you'll be responsible for driving business growth in the CNC division in Queensland and NT. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll engage with C-level decision-makers and technical stakeholders to deliver tailored CNC machinery solutions.
About You
You will be a technically minded person with a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for Australian manufacturing. This role would be well suited to a self-motivated person with excellent communication skills from manufacturing industry with CNC operating/service/management experience who is looking for career progression into sales, sales experience is not necessary.
A minimum of 5+ years of CNC service, or sales experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales process—from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and post-sale support.
Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on CNC machinery including lathes, machining centres, and automation accessories.
Territory Development: Build and execute a strategic territory plan to grow new and existing accounts.
Account Management: Foster long-term relationships by understanding client needs and delivering high-value solutions.
Strategic Selling: Navigate complex capital equipment sales and influence key decision-makers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
CRM & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
