The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Training Administrator to support the Training Division on a full-time basis with an immediate start and flexible working arrangements available. This role will contribute to the development, administration and digital management of training programs and learning resources, ensuring training materials and student records align with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Key responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of government funding requirements and reporting obligations relevant to training delivery.
Prepare and maintain compliance and monitoring reports for partnering organisations and internal quality assurance.
Process student enrolments, confirm eligibility requirements, and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
Maintain and manage student data, enrolments, training plans and attendance records within the Student Management System.
Assist in the development, formatting and digital management of training and assessment resources to support delivery in the VET environment.
Support the digitisation and continuous improvement of learning materials, assessments and administrative processes.
Ensure all documentation and records meet RTO compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
Provide clear and professional communication to students and internal stakeholders regarding enrolment and training documentation.
Undertake general administrative duties to support the training division as required.
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum two years’ administration experience, preferably within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
Experience working with training documentation, learning resources or digital training systems will be highly regarded.
Demonstrated high attention to detail and strong understanding of the importance of regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of the VET Quality Framework and Standards for RTOs is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Student Management Systems such as aXcelerate.
Ability to work with digital documentation and learning resource development tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and quality in all documentation.
