Operates Monday to Saturday, 9am - 5:30pmLed by an experienced Business ManagerSpacious reception and waiting areaTwo consult rooms and a sterile operating theatreDigital X-ray, dental X-ray, and full in-house pathologyRegular visits from medical and surgical specialistsClose collaboration with nearby hospitals for referrals and overnight careThe clinic is in a development phase, offering the incoming veterinarian the opportunity to make the role their own and contribute to clinic growth. The Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious veterinarian who can balance hands-on clinical work with leadership and clinic management support. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional GP medicine, consults, surgeries, dental, diagnostics, and emergency careBeing the go-to expert , guiding case management, coaching best practice, and keeping clinical knowledge currentStrengthening client relationships, ensuring every pet owner feels informed, confident, and supportedMentoring the team , including vets, nurses, and potential students, while fostering a positive, engaged clinic cultureSupporting clinic operations, assisting with P&L, budgets, stock management, rostering, and performance goals
About You
Veterinary degree 5+ years' experience as a veterinarianNatural drive to grow a successful clinicCollaborative, approachable, and committed to fostering a positive team culturePassionate about delivering high-quality veterinary care
