We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Operations Coordinator for our Lonsdale branch. This role operates under the direction of the Regional Manager, and is responsible for day-to-day coordination of activities for the branch.
Responsibilities
Spare Parts & Warehousing - order fulfilment, picking & packing, parts interpretation, handling all customer queries & maintaining the stores.
Scheduling service technicians, workshop activities, field service provisions, scheduling machine repairs and rebuilds.
Data entry and administration, quoting, purchasing, receipting and order processing.
Build, manage and maintain customer and client relationships.
Manage and maintain the facility, yard, and all company assets.
Health and Safety interactions for the branch.
About you
Full unrestricted ‘C’ Class Driver’s License – HR desirable
Forklift licence essential
Be physically capable of performing manual tasks
Must be able to pass a pre-employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen
Proactive and self-motivated
Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
