About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Specialist to join our team on a casual basis with full-time hours. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced in warehousing who is ready to take ownership and help lead daily operations.

You’ll be responsible for inventory control, picking and packing orders, coordinating freight across Australia, and helping maintain a smooth, efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Stock Management

• Conduct stock takes and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock
• Ensure proper storage of coffee products and equipment

Receiving & Inbound Logistics

• Receive deliveries and match against purchase orders
• Inspect goods for quality and accuracy
• Process stock into the system and organise storage
• Maintain clear and accurate receiving documentation

Pick Packing & Dispatch (Australia-Wide)

• Pick and pack orders accurately for national distribution
• Prepare shipments for couriers and freight providers
• Coordinate deliveries across metro, regional, and interstate locations
• Palletise, wrap, and label shipments correctly
• Ensure all orders are checked before dispatch

Warehouse Operations

• Manage stock movement in and out of the warehouse
• Maintain organised storage systems and workflow efficiency
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes

Safety & Maintenance

• Follow WHS guidelines and safe manual handling practices
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse
• Ensure equipment and workspaces are well maintained

Skills & Experience

• Warehouse Assistant / Storeperson / Pick Packer experience
• Experience in inventory control, stock management, and logistics
• Experience with freight, dispatch, and courier coordination
• FMCG or food & beverage experience (highly regarded)
• Forklift licence (LF) – desirable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
