Wok Chef – Fusion Korean-Chinese Restaurant (Chatswood)
We are looking for an experienced and driven Wok Chef (minimum 3 years’ experience) to join our well-established Korean-Chinese fusion restaurant in Chatswood.

About the Role
Prepare and execute high-quality Korean-Chinese wok dishes
Maintain speed, consistency, and presentation during service
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
Contribute ideas and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Wok Chef or in a high-volume wok station
Solid understanding of Korean and Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients
Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, professional attitude with attention to detail
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
