The Role
We are looking for an experienced Wok Chef with strong Wok skills to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Cooking and leading busy services in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Overseeing food quality, preparation, and presentation
  • Assisting with menu development and stock control
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment

About You

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy Asian or Asian Fusion kitchen
  • Strong Wok cooking skills are essential
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage a small team
  • Reliable, motivated and looking for long-term employment
  • Sponsorship is available for the right candidate
