About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality clinical care while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering safe, evidence-based, person-centred nursing care
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting care staff and allied health aides
• Coordinating clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management
• Responding confidently to clinical emergencies
• Supporting senior clinical management to maintain best practice standards
• Fulfilling site leadership responsibilities (e.g., First Aid Officer, Fire Warden) when on duty
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory requirements
• Fostering a culture of safety, respect, and continuous quality improvement

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum one year's post-registration nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Australian working rights OR eligibility for onshore sponsorship (demonstrated strong experience required)
• Sound clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities

Desirable

• Previous experience in Residential Aged Care
• Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care or a related clinical field
• Familiarity with aged care funding models (e.g., AN-ACC)
