Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostics and repairs on agricultural, plant, and turf equipment.
• Support Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products and conduct machine optimization for clients.
• Mentor and train Apprentice Service Technicians.
• Conduct diagnostics and repair work both in-shop and out in the field.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, specialized tools, and safety standards.
• Complete detailed service reports, job cards, and repair documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Location: Must currently reside in Australia with valid Australian work rights (Onshore candidates only).
• Experience: 3–5+ years post-qualification experience working as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Ag Technician, or Plant Mechanic.
• Qualifications: Trade Certificate / Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology, Automotive (Heavy Vehicle), or equivalent.
• Brand Experience: Previous hands-on experience with major brands like John Deere, New Holland, Case IH, Massey Ferguson, Kubota, Claas, Deutz-Fahr, Fendt, Mahindra, or Iseki is highly regarded.
• Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities in advanced mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Certifications: Valid Australian Driver’s License (Forklift license and CDL/HR preferred).
• Master-Level Service Technician certification is advantageous.
