An opportunity exists within our company for an experienced Refrigeration / Air Conditioning Service Technician to join us servicing our clients throughout Melbourne and it's surrounding suburbs. We are looking for a self motivated and driven service technician to join the team whom is reliable and able to work autonomously.

In this role you will be required to undertake the repairs to refrigeration equipment including air conditioning equipment, maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, controls and troubleshoot faults and breakdowns for our clients.

To be successful in this position you must have:

• Trade qualified Refrigeration/HVAC Service Technician with broad experience in Controls and Electrical Circuitry – Chiller experience would be beneficial.
• Experience in breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance
• Be Trade qualified in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Certificate 3) with fault finding competencies.
• Have electrical knowledge to trace faults and read wiring diagrams.
• Hold a current Refrigerant Handling License
• Have demonstrated the ability to work without supervision to proactively and flexibly anticipate and resolve issues so that critical breakdown issues do not occur
• Be an effective communicator, able to develop a strong partnership with clients
• Commitment to OH&S policies and procedures
• Possess a current driver's license
• Must be trustworthy, reliable and provide references.
• Have good organization and reporting skills
• Must be of clean appearance
• As we use an online service and maintenance program, a good working knowledge of computer skills is also required.
• A working with children & Police Check will be required.
• All Licences and check will be required prior to acceptance of successful applicant.
