We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our Victoria Park store. We are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, high-quality products, and exceptional in-store experiences.

About the Role:
Overseeing day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
Leading, mentoring, and developing team members to achieve high standards
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training
Ensuring strict compliance with food safety and operational procedures
Managing administrative tasks
Assisting Store Manager with cash control, rostering, wages, and stock ordering
Driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction
Assisting with food preparation and supporting peak service periods
Key Requirements (Mandatory)
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
Previous Experience working in a similar role at Domino’s Pizza
Strong leadership and team management skills
Solid understanding of food safety standards and compliance
Relevant qualification (Certificate or Diploma in Business, Hospitality, or similar) or currently undertaking
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally
Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
Currently residing in Australia and located near Victoria Park or willing to relocate
Valid visa with full working rights in Australia
