We are known for delivering consistent, high-quality guest experience and are currently seeking a motivated and capable Assistant Manager to join our Front Office leadership team.
The Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role within the Front Office, responsible for overseeing daily operations while ensuring exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered.
You will act as a key point of contact for guests and staff, supporting the Front Office Manager in driving performance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading Front Office operations during shifts, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery
- Delivering a high standard of guest engagement, handling enquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Supervising and supporting Front Office team members
- Managing check-in/check-out processes and daily arrivals/departures
- Cash handling and ensuring compliance with financial procedures
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Maintaining a strong presence in the lobby and public areas
- Supporting security awareness and overall hotel presentation standards
About You:
We are seeking someone who is confident, professional, and capable of taking ownership of the Front Office environment.
You will bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel Front Office or supervisory role
