An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and talented dentist to join an experienced clinical team across Launceston Dental and Braeside Dental in Tasmania. One of the long-standing, experienced dentists is retiring in November, creating a genuine opportunity for the right dentist to step into an established patient base and build a strong, rewarding book from day one. You will work across both practices and be exposed to a broad range of dentistry, with excellent opportunities to grow clinically, professionally and financially.
Key responsibilities
Provide clinical dentistry across both Launceston Dental and Braeside Dental practices
Work with an established patient database and consistent patient flow
Take ownership of patient care and follow-up
Communicate confidently, clearly and warmly with patients
Build trust and long-term patient relationships
Explain treatment options clearly to patients
Work as part of an experienced clinical team
Progressively develop skills in areas such as complex restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, endodontics, surgical extractions, oral surgery, implant dentistry, full-arch rehabilitation, digital guided surgery, hospital-based GA dentistry, digital dentistry, aligners, prosthodontics, treatment planning and case presentation

Launceston Dental and Braeside Dental are two established and growing dental practices with a large existing patient database, consistent patient flow, experienced support staff and a strong clinical team. The practices operate nine treatment rooms across both locations and are equipped with modern digital workflows and equipment including CBCT, digital radiography and intraoral scanners.
