About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Baker to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and baking breads, pastries, pasties, and other bakery items
• Mixing and handling doughs and batters
• Assisting with food preparation and production planning
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen
• Supporting general bakery operations, including cleaning and dishwashing
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

• Experience in baking or a similar role is preferred
• Willingness to be an all-rounder and take on varied tasks
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work early mornings and in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous hands-on bakery experience is essential
• We are currently only considering candidates already based in Australia
