WHO WE NEED

  • Experienced Barbers Only: Minimum 3-5+ years in a professional shop
  • Availability: Must work Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Skills: Expert scissor & clipper work, styling, beard trims & customer service
  • Work Ethic: Punctual, professional & team-oriented
  • Presentation: Well-groomed, polished, and professional
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with unrestricted work rightsBonus Skills: Hair colouring, bleaching, treatments, and facial waxing

YOUR ROLE

  • Precision Barbering: High-end haircuts, beard trims, styling & grooming
  • Client Consultation: Personalised hair care & product recommendations
  • Luxury Services: Hot towel treatments, steam facials & premium bar service
  • Commission Sales: Promoting the sale of products to clientele
  • Appointment Management & Rebooking's: Using Fresha booking system
  • Workplace Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & sanitation standards
