Vali Group Pty Ltd, proudly operating Mens Cuts and Barber at the Bar, our premium grooming brand, is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and passionate people to join our team across multiple Sydney locations.

Whether you're an experienced barber, a qualified hairdresser looking to improve your barbering skills, or someone with little or no experience who wants to learn the trade, we'd love to hear from you!

We believe that having the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for the industry are just as important as experience.

No Experience? No Problem!

If you've always wanted to become a barber but haven't had the opportunity to learn, we may be able to help.

We offer free, practical, on-the-floor training where you can learn from experienced barbers while developing your confidence and skills.

Already experienced? We can help you take your skills to the next level, including modern fades, scissor techniques, styling and customer service.

We don't just want to hire good people. We want to help them become even better.

What We're Looking For

• Experienced barbers and hairdressers, as well as motivated beginners.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliability, honesty and professionalism.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for hairdressing and barbering.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

Employment & Payment Conditions

We are a professional business committed to providing a fair and transparent working environment.

All wages are paid through our official payroll system. We do not offer cash-in-hand employment.

Employees receive payslips, superannuation and all applicable entitlements, including leave and penalty rates, in accordance with Australian employment laws.

Applicants must currently reside in Australia and have valid working rights.

Visa sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates already in Australia, subject to eligibility.
