Are you an experienced Beauty Therapist seeking employer visa sponsorship and a long-term career opportunity in Australia?

An established Australian laser, skin and beauty clinic group is seeking qualified and experienced Beauty Therapists to join its growing team.

This opportunity is particularly suited to Beauty Therapists who are currently in Australia and require employer sponsorship, as well as suitably qualified Beauty Therapists currently living overseas who are looking to relocate to Australia.

Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates who meet the relevant experience, qualification and immigration requirements.

About the Role

You will work within a professional and fast-paced clinic environment, providing high-quality laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments while building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing professional laser hair removal treatments.
• Providing a range of advanced skin and facial treatments.
• Conducting detailed client consultations and skin assessments.
• Developing personalised treatment plans based on each client's individual needs and goals.
• Confidently recommending appropriate treatment programs and professional skincare.
• Educating clients about available treatment options, expected outcomes and home care.
• Building strong client relationships and supporting clients throughout their treatment journey.
• Encouraging ongoing treatment plans, rebooking and client retention.
• Working towards individual and clinic consultation, treatment-plan and client-retention targets.
• Maintaining accurate client records and treatment documentation.
• Following treatment protocols, infection-control procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintaining a professional and high-standard treatment environment.
• Working collaboratively with the wider clinic and management team.

About You

We are looking for Beauty Therapists who:

• Hold a recognised Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
• Have relevant professional Beauty Therapy experience.
• Have previous experience in laser hair removal and/or advanced skin treatments.
• Are confident conducting consultations and developing personalised treatment plans.
• Enjoy recommending appropriate treatments, programs and skincare products.
• Have excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Are confident, professional and results-focused.
• Enjoy building long-term client relationships.
• Are comfortable working towards treatment, rebooking and client-retention targets.
• Have excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to client safety.
• Are looking for a long-term career opportunity in Australia.

Experience within an established laser, skin or aesthetic clinic will be highly regarded.
