About the Opportunity

Are you a highly skilled Boilermaker looking for your next regional adventure with massive perks? A leading agricultural engineering and fabrication specialist based in the heart of Victoria's fruit-growing hub is seeking a trade-qualified professional to join their workshop immediately.

This is a dynamic, autonomous role where your craftsmanship will directly support large-scale agricultural machinery production, custom equipment builds, and structural fabrication (including high-quality handrails and frameworks).

Key Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and work accurately from complex engineering drawings.
• Fabricate, weld, and assemble components autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Deliver high-quality MIG/TIG/Stick welding on agricultural machinery and structural elements (e.g., handrails).
• Maintain strict workshop safety and quality standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Trade Qualification: Relevant Boilermaker / Welder / Fabricator trade certificate.
• Independence: A proven track record of working alone and managing your own workflow efficiently.
• Precision: Exceptional ability to interpret drawings and execute high-standard welds first time, every time.
• ASAP Availability: Ready to transition into a new role quickly.

• Weld Testing: We have a strong preference for candidates currently based in Western Australia (WA) to facilitate immediate, in-person weld testing.
