About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team based in Wetherill Park.
This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships and helping grow our presence across the civil construction, infrastructure, utilities and government sectors.
You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, securing new clients and working closely with operations and management to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across NSW
Generate leads and convert opportunities into ongoing projects and client relationships
Prepare proposals, capability statements and client presentations
Attend client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities
Follow up tenders, quotations and client enquiries
Liaise with project managers, estimators and operations teams regarding opportunities and project delivery
Work closely with management to develop growth strategies
Assist with expanding the company’s presence across councils, civil contractors, builders, infrastructure and utility sectors
Maintain strong knowledge of traffic management requirements, permits and industry standards
About You
Previous experience in business development, account management or sales within traffic management, civil construction, infrastructure or related industries
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Existing industry contacts and networks highly regarded
Proven ability to generate new business and secure ongoing work
Strong organisational and time management skills
Professional presentation and client focused attitude
Understanding of traffic management operations and compliance requirements highly regarded
Current NSW Driver Licence
