About the Opportunity
HungryPanda Queensland has a full-time opportunity for a Business Development & Marketing Specialist, to join our team based in Brisbane. This role focuses on building and growing partnerships with restaurant clients. We are a passionate team with lots of potential and opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding HungryPanda’s restaurant network in Brisbane. You will actively approach, pitch, and onboard new partners, while working closely with existing merchants to drive campaign performance and revenue growth.

This is a field-based role involving regular restaurant visits and face-to-face meetings.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new restaurant partners across Brisbane
• Pitch HungryPanda’s products and marketing campaigns, and close partnership deals
• Onboard new merchants and support their launch on the platform
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Delivery) to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor performance and help partners improve sales and campaign results
• Explore new growth opportunities and execute both online and offline promotions
• Achieve monthly targets on merchant acquisition and revenue growth

What you will bring to the table

• Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships by understanding client needs
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (a third language is a plus)
• Valid Australian driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
• Education experience in Queensland is preferred — graduates from Queensland institutions are especially encouraged to apply
• Must hold a valid visa with work rights in Australia
