Pathways Residences is a luxury Aged Care home providing accommodation to our elderly Australians in Sydney. We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to join our team full time in Longueville NSW 2066.

This newly-built luxury home opened in November 2025, with 120 beautiful rooms (23 of which are double suites).

The home has recently passed re-registration in August 2026 with flying colours, and has been invited by the Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission to apply for an exceeding rating! The residence has a strong, stable and supportive leadership team.

Care Manager responsibilities:

• Managing and mentoring RNs and other clinical staff
• Oversight in all aspects of resident care
• Providing expert clinical advice and staff management
• Ensuring compliance with ACQSC, DOHDA and other governing bodies
• Partner with an experienced Care Manager who has been with Pathways for over 10 years!

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in nursing
• Strong clinical experience
• Strong leadership and management experience
• Current AHPRA registration, Covid and flu vaccine, Police Check.
