Prepare sushi rolls (training provided)
Assist with sushi prep and service
Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate strong organisation and willingness to learn
Chef de Partie (CDP) Responsibilities
Run a section independently
Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
Work across grill, fry, and pan sections
Handle high-volume service
Prepare and portion meats and seafood (filleting, carving)
Experience with charcoal or open fire cooking (highly regarded)
About You
Passionate about Japanese cuisine
Reliable, organised, and team-oriented
Able to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred for CDP)
