• Provide leadership, guidance and support to clinical and non-clinical teams, fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, performance management and professional development.
• Manage centre budgets, operational performance and key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across patient experience, clinical quality, safety and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare standards, accreditation requirements, clinical protocols and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, clinical teams, referrers and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and support change initiatives, contributing to broader organisational projects and service improvements.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Tertiary qualifications in Radiation Therapy, healthcare management, business or a related discipline.
• A clinical background in Radiation Therapy, with experience in radiation oncology service delivery, highly regarded.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a healthcare environment, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of radiation therapy clinical operations, workflows, quality assurance and patient safety requirements.
• Experience in workforce planning, performance management, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
• Sound financial and operational management skills, including managing budgets, performance indicators and service efficiencies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists and clinical teams.
• A collaborative, proactive leadership style and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
