Role Description:

• Plan and organize the preparation and cooking of food in a busy, high-quality dining establishment.
• Manage kitchen ( all responsibilities).
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain high food quality standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering.

Requirements:

• A formal qualification: Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher (e.g., Diploma).
• At least 2 years of full-time, post-qualification experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen (not fast food).
• Demonstrated experience in staff supervision and kitchen management.
• Must have a positive skills assessment (TRA) or be able to obtain one.
• Must meet English language requirements (Competent).
