Cafe Highroad is a busy and well-established café located in Dickson. We pride ourselves on delivering quality food, strong team culture, and a positive working environment. We are looking for a dedicated chef who enjoys working in a supportive and friendly kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation
• Assist with kitchen operations and daily prep
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work weekends

Working Conditions

• 5 days per week (including weekends)
• 38–42 hours per week
