Chef - Coniston Hotel

The Marlow Hotel Group is an exciting, dynamic expanding hotel group consisting of nine hotels throughout Sydney and NSW including, Peachtree Hotel (Penrith), Intersection Tavern (Ramsgate), The Mill Hotel (Milperra) & more. The group operates quality hotel bistro operations throughout all their hotels.

Coniston hotel operates seven days a week from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm and runs all traditional hotel facilities including bar, gaming, TAB, accommodation, and food.

Currently we are looking for industry professionals and individuals new to the industry to join our team in our newly renovated hotel. Successful candidates will receive support, coaching and direction from our executive chef.

The successful candidate must have the following attributes:

• Work well in a team environment
• Be punctual and reliable
• Pride themselves on bringing the very best experience to our customers
• Required experience will depend on the position applied for
