Just 5 mins from the CBD on Albany Hwy East Victoria Park (Just near the Balmoral Hotel) Pancho's Villa Mexican Restaurant has been the place to go for laid back, legendary, Mexican dining.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate CHEF / COOK to work in our busy kitchen. Hours are full-time and will include key shifts on Friday, Saturday. and Sunday.

To be considered you must possess the following:

• Relevant trades qualification or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years' experience working in a similar restaurant or role
• Experience cooking Mexican or Tex Mex Cuisine would be an advantage
• Experience in serving over 200 covers on busy nights
• Work in all areas of the kitchen operation
• Serve a consistently high quality product as instructed
• Maintenance of equipment and utensils
• Ensure that the kitchen is always in a clean and hygienic state
• Good knowledge of food items and basic cooking techniques with exposure to sauces, larder, vegetable and butchery
• Knowledge of the kitchen sections and associated service styles
• A thorough understanding of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
• MUST speak Fluent English
