As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality food preparation and presentation across our menus. Working closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team, you’ll lead by example in delivering fresh, seasonal, high quality dishes and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, efficiency and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards
Lead food preparation and service in designated sections
Assist in designing and updating menus with seasonal and creative flair
Manage kitchen equipment and regulate cooking processes
About You:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Passion for food, creativity and current culinary trends
Understanding of kitchen operations, food safety and sanitation standards
