FULL-TIME CHEF (SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE)

Catalina Club Restaurant looking for a full-time chef to join our dynamic team. We are are located on 154 Beach rd. Batemans Bay, NSW-2536, situated 147km from Canberra and 3.5 hours drive from Sydney.

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time chef with good experience/knowledge in Grill section.

The grill is a pivotal part of our kitchen, in this role, you'll be responsible for managing a busy kitchen section, maintaining kitchen quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

Ownership of the grill section — perfect steaks and other cuts of meat & fish cooked perfectly, every service

Strong grill experience in a high-quality, high-volume kitchen

2+ years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high volume environment

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes, plating standards and presentation guidelines

Ensure all meals are prepared efficiently and delivered to the pass on time, particularly during service periods

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to all health and safety regulations

About you:

You are someone who maintains high standards and is driven by the success of both yourself and others. You lead by example, have a vibrant personality, are professional and always well-presented.

You will have demonstrated experience running the grill section in a busy dining restaurant environment.

Bring positive energy and can work alongside team. Have a clear communication skill.
