Bring your passion for fine dining to one of Brisbane's premier dockside dining destinations.

We're seeking an exceptional Chef with a minimum of 10 years' professional culinary experience and a strong background in fine dining to join our growing team. If you're passionate about creating outstanding cuisine, maintaining the highest kitchen standards, and delivering memorable dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

We plan on opening in the next 8 weeks so require our new chef to start working as soon as possible to begin menu design, planning, staffing and all the fun things fairly soon.

What You'll Do

* Prepare and present exceptional, high-quality dishes

* Assist with menu development and seasonal specials

* Maintain the highest HACCP and food safety standards

* Manage stock, ordering, and food preparation

* Support, mentor, and train junior kitchen staff

* Deliver excellence in a fast-paced, premium dining environment

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 10 years' experience as a professional Chef

*Experience with menu design & food costing

* Proven experience in fine dining restaurants

* Relevant chef qualifications and trade certification (preferred)

* Strong knowledge of HACCP and Australian food safety standards

* Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

* Passion for quality, creativity, and continuous improvement

* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
