QuickTurn Hospitality Services is currently hiring multiple Full-Time Chef positions across NSW and VIC regional locations.

Responsibilities:
Plan menus and estimate food and labour costs.
Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with restaurant standards.
Discuss food preparation issues with managers and kitchen staff.
Demonstrate cooking techniques and support team development.
Enforce hygiene and food safety regulations.
Assist in staff selection, training, and mentoring.
May freeze and preserve foods as required.
Experience and Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant or commercial kitchen.
Experience in training, developing, and mentoring kitchen teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Willingness to lead by example and demonstrate passion for cooking.
