Conveniently located next to Glen Waverley train station, with ample parking available, our
venue is designed to deliver a dynamic and engaging dining experience, with a focus on
consistency, technique, and team culture.
As part of the kitchen team, you will:
Assist with preparation and cooking across different sections
Follow recipes and plating standards to maintain quality and consistency
Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
Set up and pack down your section efficiently
Support stock control and deliveries
Communicate effectively during service to ensure smooth operations
Take direction from senior chefs and continue developing your skills
Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-driven environment
The ideal candidate will:
Hold full working rights in Australia
Bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Be organised and able to perform under pressure
Have a genuine passion for food and hospitality
Possess solid knife skills and kitchen fundamentals
Be confident working in an open kitchen environment
Have experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred but not essential)
Experience with charcoal or wood-fire cooking is a bonus
Be motivated to grow and develop within the industry
