Smokin Joes Pizza & Grill is seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team in Mango Hill, QLD.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and is committed to delivering high-quality meals and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with menu standards

Assist with menu planning and daily kitchen operations

Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering

Work efficiently during busy service periods

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a Chef in a busy commercial kitchen

Experience with pizza, grill, or Italian cuisine is highly regarded

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Relevant trade qualification (preferred)
