CHEF – FULL TIME

The Coffee Club – 140 William Street, Perth WA

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our busy café in Perth CBD. This is a full-time position with the potential for employer sponsorship for the right candidate.

Candidates must have full Australian work rights or be eligible for employer sponsorship.

Position details:

• Full-time role (38 hours per week)

• Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + superannuation (depending on experience)

• Location: Perth CBD

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to brand standards

• Managing kitchen operations during service

• Ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency

• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

• Assisting with stock control and ordering

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification (Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher)

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef

1. Experience must include work in any commercial kitchen environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards

• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
