About the role

The Trade Coast Hotel is looking for a Full time permanent chef at Sous Chef level. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong technical skill set and a passion for delivering modern food in a casual dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high and consistent standards
• Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and experience across a range of cooking techniques and styles
• Ensure sound understanding of food safety standards and OH&S

About you

• Trade qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
• Minimum 1–3 years' relevant experience
• Excellent organisational skills and grooming standards
• Flexible availability across a 7-day/night roster
