D'Amatos Family Restaurant is a busy, family-owned Italian restaurant located in Tullimbar. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our growing team.

Known for our generous portions, quality food and old-fashioned customer service, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and fast-paced kitchen environment.

About the Role:
• Full-time position available
• Dinner service shifts generally run from 12:30–1:00pm through to 9:30pm
• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a busy kitchen
• Maintain food quality, presentation and consistency
• Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
• Work closely with our team during busy service periods
• Weekend availability required

Skills & Experience:
• Qualified Chef (Certificate III or equivalent)
• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is required
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-focused attitude
• Experience with pans, grill, prep or pizza highly regarded
