About the Role

You'll manage a varied caseload across multiple funding streams, providing evidence-based assessment and treatment while working closely with GPs and allied health professionals.

Caseload includes:

• Musculoskeletal rehabilitation
• Chronic pain management
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• DVA clients
• NDIS participants
• Aged care and community clients

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions
• Prescribe exercise programs and provide patient education
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health professionals to achieve positive client outcomes

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Experience with DVA, NDIS, Medicare, Home Care Packages or Workers Compensation is highly regarded but not essential.
