Ideal Candidate:
Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Proven experience in advanced nursing practice within the relevant setting.
Strong skills in planning, coordination, and decision-making.
Well-developed leadership and teamwork abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Committed to quality and risk management in clinical practice.
Proficient in computer skills relevant to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain national competence in nursing practice according to regulatory standards.
Coordinate the operational management of the unit, ensuring effective patient care delivery.
Lead multi-disciplinary services to uphold high standards of healthcare.
Participate in improvement and research programmes for enhancing service delivery.
Facilitate patient education initiatives and training for nursing personnel.
