About the Role

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services within a hospital setting while working closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing ward-based clinical pharmacy services
• Conducting medication reviews and reconciliation
• Delivering patient counselling and medicines information
• Supporting safe and effective medication management
• Collaborating with medical, nursing and allied health teams
• Participating in quality improvement and medication safety initiatives

About You

We're interested in hearing from pharmacists who have:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility to obtain registration
• Clinical/hospital experience
• Completed internship or have a few months left of internship
• At least 1 year of relevant pharmacy experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
