Glaziers / Commercial Caulkers – Sydney
$35 – $48/hr | Full-Time | Sponsorship Pathway Available

The Australian Caulking Company is looking for experienced glaziers and commercial caulkers to join our growing team.

We deliver sealant and facade works across major construction projects throughout Sydney, including high-rise apartments, universities, hospitals, and large-scale commercial developments.

If you’ve worked in glazing or facade installation and want consistent work with a structured team, this is a strong opportunity.

The Work

• Expansion and movement joints
• Facade and precast sealing
• Window and glazing perimeters
• Fire-rated sealants
• High-rise and commercial projects

Ideal Background

We are particularly interested in:

• Qualified glaziers (Cert III in Glass & Glazing)
• Caulkers / sealant applicators
• Facade or cladding installers
• Waterproofers / painters with sealant experience

If you come from glazing, you’ll transition quickly into this role.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in glazing, caulking or related trades
• Strong attention to detail and clean finish
• Reliable and consistent
• Able to work in a team environment
• Good communication on site

Essential Requirements

• White Card
• Driver’s licence and own reliable transport (required for site travel)
• Full working rights in Australia
  (Applicants on student visas must hold a Cert III in Glass & Glazing or equivalent trade qualification to be considered)

Pay & Opportunity

• $35 – $48/hr depending on experience
• Full-time, ongoing work
• Subcontract opportunities available for experienced crews
