Pho Home is a growing Vietnamese restaurant group with three locations in Port Macquarie and Kempsey. We are currently seeking a Commercial Cook / Graduate Cook, including Subclass 485 visa holders, to join our supportive and long-term team.

About the role

• Prepare and cook Vietnamese and Asian dishes to a high standard
• Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment
• Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

About you

• Commercial cookery qualification or relevant kitchen experience
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Experience in Vietnamese or Asian cuisine will be highly regarded
• A strong understanding of Asian flavours and food culture is an advantage

Important notes

• Successful candidates will be required to complete a 2-week paid trial before signing a long-term employment contract
• Free accommodation will be provided during the 2-week trial period
• Applicants must currently be in Australia
• Overseas applicants will not be considered
